She believes that strong therapeutic relationships are essential to meaningful change and strives to help each client feel understood, respected, and supported. Sheridan explores how past experiences, relationships, and patterns shape current emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. She also helps clients build psychological flexibility and practical coping strategies. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Sheridan emphasizes values-based living and supports clients in identifying what matters most to them so they can take meaningful steps toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
